Returns & Exchanges

The first process is to see if you're eligible for a return. 

Eligibility: 

Item must be unworn.

Item must be unwashed.

Item must be unaltered.

Item must be stain free (deodorant, makeup, etc).

Item must be free of animal hair.

Item must not smell (smoke, perfume, etc).

Item must have The Teacher Closet hang tag still attached.

Item cannot be a "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

Return Policy:

We offer returns in ONLY STORE CREDIT and that will be applied to the account used to purchase the item(s) originally less the return shipping fee. Currently, our return shipping fee is $6.00. Returns must be postmarked ten (10) business days of the date delivered. Upon your return being received by us, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be applied to your account.

Exchanges:

Due to limited quantities on hand, exchanges may not be possible. If an exchange were to occur, it would only be for the same item or the same item, but different size.

Final Sale:

All purchases on sale/clearance/DOORBUSTERS are final sale. All items that are $15.99 or under are considered final sale. All leggings, undergarments, jewelry, and hats are final sale due to sanitation reasons. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our final sales items.

Defective Items:

While we inspect all items before shipping, if something does slip through the cracks please contact us at support@theteachercloset.com within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please attach pictures of defect and a description and we'll take care of you!
